Are you interested in submitting your work to our blog? Read our submission guidelines below and pitch us your idea.

Submit Your Work

Please read these guidelines before sending us your work.

We love out of the box thinking and diverse views and opinions. However,  we retain the right to editorially curate the content we receive as submissions. Topics should be of interest to small businesses, entrepreneurs, organizational leaders, hr experts, community members, social justice minded individuals.

We like to support our community partners and local institutions. However, please tastefully and appropriately reference organizations, groups, and institutions you include in your content.

Please include a short 2-3 sentence bio with your article, any pertinent links to your work, and please provide any social media links so we can appropriately reference you and include you in social shares.

Media Guidelines

We accept media in a variety of forms. If you are submitting content as your own, it must be original, high resolution if an image, video or audio. If you choose to include media from outside sources in your content, please correctly cite and link to the original work.

Written Content

We accept articles, opinion pieces, personal essays, how to guides, and more. Written content should not exceed 1,000 words.

Visual and Video Content

Images, videos and audio should be high resolution. Images should meet the following requirements

Video may vary in length however for the safety of our server we ask that you compress your video content or host it on your own site of choice and provide us with a link instead.

We are open to receiving photo and video essays as well as alternative media forms.

Resource Guides

We love giving our readership access to tools that help them in their individual journeys. If you plan to submit a resource guide please make sure you indicate so in your message to us. Guides that are submitted to our site are made free and publicly available. Do not submit guides as your own if they are non-distributable proprietary content.
