DISCLAIMER: We receive hundreds of requests for free and reduced cost services. We do our best to make room for as many as possible. Priority is given to local organizations with whom we have existing relationships. We review all pro bono submissions quarterly and all other submissions weekly. We will contact you if your organization is selected. Due to application volume and demand, application as early as a year in advance is strongly encouraged. Chances of selection are increased if you state your budget for our services, make a deposit to hold dates, and are willing to cover travel and accommodations, if your organization is outside of the Richmond metropolitan region.
