TMI Anticipates and Exciting Year of Growth in 2018

January 11, 2018 | Diversity & Inclusion

A new year means new beginnings and TMI has been hard at work laying the groundwork for growth and launching new products in 2018. “TMI is becoming a portfolio of companies,” says TMI President and CEO Tiffany Jana, DM. “Diversity, equity and inclusion will still be a major part of what we do, but our offerings will now include a much more comprehensive organizational development approach, powered by software technology and artificial intelligence.”

To keep TMI’s momentum moving forward Operations Director Laura Bowser has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer and Product Manager Milgo Yonis has been promoted to Chief Product Officer. Another 8-10 full time positions will be added this year. TMI will be looking for tech staff, sales staff, project managers, administrative support and facilitators.

“We are excited to be launching a holding company and media division this year. It will be a network of socially responsible, interconnected companies built to enrich the lives of business owners, employees and communities around the world,” says Dr. Jana. “We’ve also founded a subsidiary called Loom Technologies to leverage emerging technologies to strengthen organizational culture at scale.”

“Look for us to launch our new software platform at the Forum for Workplace Inclusion,” says Jana. “The Forum has been held annually in Minneapolis for nearly 30 years.” Dr. Jana has been asked to serve on the Forum faculty this year. In 2017 she gave the plenary keynote.

TMI is now a fully owned by Jana. Co-founder Matthew Freeman has moved on to launch his own business.
