Austin “ACe” Callwood

Business Consultant & Facilitator

ACe Callwood has a knack for helping groups think more creatively. As a consultant and facilitator, his focus is typically on innovation and maximizing the greatest asset a company has; it’s people. He’s currently the CEO of Painless1099, the Creative Director of Coffitivity.com, and the Entrepreneur in Residence at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Business.

I believe that all people should be comfortable in their work environment and that comfort generally comes down to mentality. At TMI, our work in helping people think about the way they interact and who they connect with is crucial. We help facilitate that, which is one of the best things we can do to help individuals flourish.

As an educator and entrepreneur, Ace brings a unique perspective to the table on how to produce the most effective solution to a given problem. When he is not working, ACe likes to hang in coffee shops although he claims to be more of a “tea guy”. He writes on Medium, tweets at @acecallwood, and enjoys direct messaging in person on the rare occasion he’s let out in public.
