An ethical, highly-respected human resources professional with extensive experience in a variety of industries, Mary Harris Jones brings an arsenal of skills to TMI in all aspects of human resources. Her expertise includes employee relations, affirmative action, benefits, and on-boarding.

Mary brings her diverse employment background to TMI, as well as the ability to work with all levels of an organization by gaining people’s trust and respect. She holds vast knowledge about policies, procedures, benefits, handbooks, unemployment, EEOC claims and workers’ compensation.
When not championing all things human resources, Mary loves being with her two children; Meredith, who lives in New York City, and Matthew, a freshman at Washington & Lee University. She also adores her two canine companions, Libby and Lucy, hosting parties, and preparing beautiful meals for the people she loves.
