In both her professional pursuits and volunteer service, Sabet Stroman has nurtured growth among leaders, employees, and the organizations they compose.
Prior to starting her own business, Sabet served in such positions as Director of Leadership Development and Training for Circuit City Stores, Manager at Central Fidelity Bank, and as a Management and Training Consultant within the Division of Motor Vehicles. As a independent Consultant, Sabet brings 20 years of experience in her field to TMI.
On any given day, you might find Sabet coaching managers and/or creating strategies to help enterprises plan for the future. Sabet ‘s varied client roster includes a multitude of Fortune 500 companies, as well as government and NGO clients.
Outside the office, you will find Sabet in the halls of academia imparting her knowledge about training and facilitation techniques. Sabet currently teaches in the field of executive development at UVA’s Center for Executive Development and the UVA Cooper Center.
Sabet’s knack for cultivation also flourishes in her domestic life, which she shares with seven children, a patient husband, two large dogs, and a well-tended garden. She’s happiest with her hands in the dirt or her nose in a book.
