Meet Our Co-Founders
Before launching their own firm in 2010, TMI co-founders, Tiffany Jana and Matthew Freeman, worked together on large-scale organizational diversity and inclusion projects in the Greater Washington, D.C. Area. The resulting venture became the world’s first B Corporation with a diversity and inclusion focus.
